Garlic Roasted Rosemary Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 5 sprigs of Rosemary
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 2 lbs. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
Directions:
- Pour olive oil into a 9X13-inch baking/ roasting pan.
- Add rosemary, garlic, and onion, and let the dish sit in the oven as it preheats to 450 degrees F (about 15 minutes). Remove pan.
- Add shrimp over the top and roast until shrimp turns pink and firm (8 minutes for medium-sized shrimp, 10 minutes for large shrimp). Gently toss halfway through baking.
- Remove the dish from the oven and add vinegar and ground pepper. Stir gently before serving.
