Guacamole Turkey Patties
Guacamole Turkey Patties are low carb, loaded with flavor, and great if you need a quick dinner idea.
Ingredients:
Turkey Patties
- 2 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp, Ground Black Pepper
Guacamole Spread
- 2 large Avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, cinnamon, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Form into flat patties
- Heat skillet or griddle to medium-high heat and cook patties for 7-9 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
- In a medium bowl, combine avocado, garlic powder, ground pepper, chopped jalapeno, onions, and lime juice.
- Mix ingredients to the consistency of your choice (chunky or smooth)
- After the patties are cooked, spread guacamole over top of the patties.
