Healthy Blood = Healthy Person

chronic disease health tips
healthy red blood cells

If your blood is healthy, then you are healthy. Your red blood cells are like trucks on the freeway. They take supplies from town to town or from area to area. Red blood cells drop off the groceries and take out the trash. The red blood cells pick up oxygen from the lungs and nutrients from the stomach and deliver them to the organs and tissues. On the return trip, the red blood cells take waste products to the liver and kidneys.

Many times, the red blood cells are damaged by environmental and nutritional factors. The outer layer, called the phospholipid bilayer, is “crinkled” or injured. When this happens the red blood cells, are not efficient in carrying oxygen/nutrients to the cells or taking waste products away. If the red blood cells are semi-trucks in your highway system when the cell membrane becomes damaged it is like having flat tires on the trucks. They don’t work very well.

When this occurs poor circulation, cold arms, and legs, stiff joints, bursitis, nerve-tingling, depression, and anxiety are common symptoms.

The way to build healthy blood is to have healthy fats that build the red blood cell membrane and plant blood extracts. What is plant blood? It’s called chlorophyll. This is what allows plants to create energy from the sun and the soil minerals. When people take fat-soluble chlorophyll, it’s like getting a plant blood transfusion.

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C can reduce risk factors for high blood pressure and other cardiovascular illnesses. These vitamins work together to improve heart health. Vitamin C can reduce the levels of bad cholesterol in the body, and cholesterol is a significant risk factor for heart disease.

Vitamin C fights free radicals which are responsible for cellular damage and a variety of diseases. When you have low levels of free radicals in your body, your general health improves.

Here is the baseline of what I would recommend for circulation improvement and healthier blood:

  1. Essential Fatty Acids - 4-6,000mg of essential fatty acids (omega 3). That’s usually 4-6 pills per day
  2. Bile Salts – this helps the liver system emulsify or break down the fats
  3. Chlorophyll – this is plant blood extract

For chronic circulatory problems, you may need to add:

  1.  Nerve growth factor (photomorphogenic therapy
  2.  Nitric oxide
  3.  Alpha-lipoic acid

Some in-office treatments for nerve diseases like peripheral neuropathy include:

  1. Dilute hydrogen peroxide therapy
  2. IV vitamin C and B12 therapy
  3. Neural therapy (injection therapy)

Circulatory and nerve diseases are common conditions that many times respond well to nutritional therapy. If you or your loved ones suffer from chronic circulatory problems, please let us help. See the many patient success stories on our blog.

Here’s to your energy, health, and longevity.
