Protein Packed Turkey Burgers
Cook these delicious and healthy burgers indoors on the stove top or outdoors on the grill.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Organic Ground Turkey
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander
- Pinch of Cayenne
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 2 cups Arugula
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Directions:
- Mix turkey, spices, and green onions in a bowl. Combine until mixed. Form into 3 patties.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Or when weather permits cook on your outdoor grill.
- Place patties in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Place burgers in arugula
- Top with tomato and avocado
