Showing Gratitude
Hey guys, Gina here!!
I wanted to blog about being grateful in everything that happens in life. Gratitude opens the door to so many more relationships. It helps you appreciate everyone in your life that has been there and supported you through many things.
It’s something I would definitely like to start working on because sometimes, I don’t realize the little things that make life easier such as being grateful. Being grateful for what I have and respecting the ones who love me unconditionally is where I need to focus and stop being so gosh dang selfish. Most of us go on living day by day not being grateful and taking advantage of the ones that love us the most.
Gratitude improves physical health, it improves psychological health, it enhances empathy and reduces aggression, it helps people sleep better, it improves self-esteem and most importantly increases mental strength.
Once you become oriented toward looking for things to be grateful for, you will find that you begin to appreciate simple pleasures and things that you previously took for granted.
I would love to live by this. Its time to really start looking at things in a whole different perspective. Having a reminder about being grateful every once in awhile is so refreshing. It’s a new year and I truly want to be better. In all ways though not just being grateful but being a better person, taking accountability, respecting others. I really enjoy my life and the ones in it, and I would like to show gratitude towards them more often.
I am grateful for My life I live today. I am grateful for my boy’s health and for their love. They are such a big part of my life and wouldn’t change it for anything. I also have someone in my life that continues to be my rock and truly loves me even when I don’t always deserve it, I’m truly blessed. I am very grateful. I work for an amazing company, and I work with amazing individuals. It’s time to return that respect….
Until next time….
