Strawberry Avocado Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to get extra servings of fruit and vegetables in your diet. Here's my recipe for a delicious Strawberry Avocado Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 6 Strawberries
- 2 handfuls (about 2 cups of fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Avocado
- 8oz. unsweetened Almond Milk
- Optional: 1 Scoop of plain, gluten-free vegan Protein Powder (Daily Dose Protein)
- Water as needed
- A few ice cubes
Directions:
- Wash and prepare ingredients
- Add ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 45-60 seconds until well blended
