Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries
Here's a yummy recipe for a sweet and savory snack or side dish.
Sweet Potatoes are a good source of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin B6, and Manganese, among other essential nutrients.
Ingredients:
- 3 Sweet Potatoes, sliced into strips
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Rosemary Leaves, finely chopped
- Ground Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F
- Toss sweet potatoes, rosemary, and olive oil in a large bowl until entirely coated.
- Place potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes then flip the potatoes and continue baking for 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and top with pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
